One Fruit Simulator Beginner’s Guide [Roblox]

One Fruit Simulator Beginner’s Guide [Roblox]

Read Time:10 Minute, 26 Second

This may come as a shock to some of you, especially those who have been to my blog before, but I actually started playing Roblox out of morbid curiosity and boredom. For context, I’m a man in my late 20s and I have cousins who are literal children, so I blame them for influencing me into this rabbit hole full of lego-like worlds and characters.

Now enough of my rambling, you’re probably here because you want to learn how to get started in One Fruit Simulator. It’s a Roblox experience that is heavily inspired by the massively popular One Piece anime and manga series, and it has a lot of grinding involved.

I’ve only been playing for a little over a week, but since I’ve been leaving it on the side while I work on other stuff, I’m almost at a whopping level 10,000+ as of writing this (Roblox has a surprisingly large number of titles that you can consider an “idle game”) .

Without further ado, let’s get to the meat of this guide!

JOIN THE GROUP FIRST!

The game has a free auto clicker gamepass if you join the Digital Sea group, which is the developer’s official one. Before you press play on the game’s page, make sure to join the group first so you can have a free auto clicker that isn’t as good as the paid version, but still very very useful!

If you don’t want to do this, download your own auto clicker! This is the one I use, and I toggle it on whenever I need to fight something with a lot of HP or let my character train when I walk away from the computer. Saves you from hurting your hand in the long term, trust me.

LEVEL 1 – STARTING OUT AS A “NOOB”

When you first start out, there is a chance that you spawn as a random race. The very basic one is Human, which is actually the absolute best you can get because they have faster training speeds.

Check your character’s appearance when you first spawn in. I made a new account for this guide, and they started as a Fishman indicated by the fins around my body. Honestly not too bad cause this will let me skip getting a boat (we’ll talk about this later), but damn, regular ol’ Human would have been nice.

Right at the start, One Fruit Simulator immediately throws you into the starting island with absolutely no clue as to what you’re supposed to be doing. Well, it’s actually pretty simple. Head over to the NPC that has the “Quest Lv 1” text over its head and talk to him to accept your very first mission and start smacking bandits.

Do this until level 10, then go to the next NPC with “Quest Lv 10” above them. Repeat this cycle until you are done doing all of the quests on the starter island and have reached level 35.

LEARNING THE COMBAT

Before you get your first fruit, which won’t be for a few more minutes unless somebody gives you a free one, you have two different options: Combat (1) and Defense (2).

Combat is the very first fighting style you get in the game, and it only has one ability. To use it, just press 1 and start clicking or let the auto clicker do work for you! This increases your mana, so get this up every now and then as you will need it for when you get fruits!

Defense, on the other hand, does not require you to click. Instead, when you press 2, your character will do a one-handed handstand and passively train your health. While you’re low level, ALWAYS keep this on when you’re not fighting anything.

You want your health to go up over time, even as you get a higher level. This will help you survive against tougher enemies and prevent you from getting one shotted in PVP! (Yes, this game has PVP)

YOUR FIRST FRUIT

After a few minutes, if you open the menu and click on the Treasure Chest icon, you’ll see your time rewards. You can get your first random fruit here as the fifth reward, and you can choose to either eat, drop, or store it.

At this point in the game, just eat whatever you get so you can start training your Fruit stat. This will apply to any fruits you eat in the future, so get it going ASAP!

At level 30, you can get a random fruit from the NPC with the Apple icon over its head. In the first sea, he will always be on the starter island. You can roll from him every one hour, and you should do this every time you can to start stocking up on different fruits.

As a new player, the best fruit you can have is going to be either Electric, Venom, Dragon, Phoenix, or Leopard, with Electric being the easiest to get. Vampire is good for grinding too. If you get a Revive fruit, save this for much later or trade it for now, because it will only be good in the third sea with the rare Shark Guitar!

While making this guide, I got lucky and got myself an Electric fruit on my alt account from the first random fruit time reward, so I’m eating this right now!

LEVEL 35 ONWARDS – GOING TO OTHER ISLANDS

When you first hit level 35, go back to the docks where you started and look at the billboard with pictures of it. This is actually the first sea’s map! You are on the “0+” island, and your next stop is going to be the Jungle island, which is marked “35+“.

Buy yourself a boat (the Dinghy is the cheapest) from one of the NPCs with a compass over their head and start sailing toward that location. To spawn your ship, open the menu and click on the Anchor icon.

This is the ship menu, and all you need to do is stand near the water and click on your boat of choice, then press the spawn button. Hop on your boat and head over to the Jungle island!

Again, repeat the process of doing all the quests until you can get to the next island in the map. You are going to be repeating this cycle until you reach the last one, which will need you to be at least level 400.

LEVEL 120 – MARINE ISLAND / ARMAMENT HAKI

One notable thing you can get once you reach the Marine Island is Armament Haki. This is a mode that will boost your damage output as long as it is active. To get it, you need to enter a secret cave under the large ramp leading up to the higher area. Look at the picture below to see where it is:

Once you unlock it, just press T to activate it. Your character should do a little animation, and your hands and feet will have a different texture on them. You should also get Armament EXP whenever you attack, and leveling it up increases the damage bonus.

LEVEL 275 – AR PARK ISLAND / OBSERVATION HAKI

At level 275, you will be able to start doing quests at Ar Park Island. In one corner, standing atop a hill, you’ll see an NPC who will offer to teach you Observation Haki. This mode can be used alongside Armament Haki, and it will provide you with the ability to dodge attacks and see enemies through walls.

You’ll need to kill the Gorilla King boss in the colisseum to get this, as well as find a series of secret torches hidden around the Jungle Island (check YouTube for a guide on Observation Haki torches to get a better visual that you can follow for this step).

To activate this mode, all you have to do is press R. It will add a blue-ish filter to your screen, but you can turn this off by going to the ingame settings and toggling off “Visual Effects”.

This trains faster if you have Defense up, but it will go up passively in combat as long as it is on. The number of dodges you can have will go up as you level this stat, so keep it up as much as you can!

LEVEL 400 – PREPARING FOR SECOND SEA

The last area you need to go to in the first sea is called Lulue Town, a level 400+ zone. After you set your spawn here, look for the NPC with a Box icon over their head. Buy the Log Compass from him, because it will show you where all of the islands are whenever you’re holding it (as well as their level requirements).

You are going to need this compass for the next two seas, because they won’t have a billboard guide anymore and the islands will be further away from one another. Consider getting the submarine too if your fruit has no travel skill.

Start grinding here up until you reach level 600. When you finally get that high, you can now talk to the NPC at the dock who will take you to the second sea. Make sure your stats are high, because enemies will have a ton of HP when you get there!

LEVEL 600 ONWARDS – WELCOME TO THE SECOND SEA

I’m going to end this One Fruit Simulator “Beginner’s Guide” in this section because this is where the grind starts to slow down quite a lot, and your mileage will vary depending on your chosen fruit and weapons, but I won’t leave you completely clueless!

First, if you haven’t already gotten one of the recommended fruits that I mentioned earlier or your damage is just lacking in general, don’t be afraid to go back to the first sea and level up at the last island! If you can kill the enemies there faster and cycle through all of the quests, you’ll get levels quicker than if you stayed in the other sea.

Another tip is to prioritize quests where you have to kill several enemies if you have a fruit with area of effect damage, like Electric’s V and B moves. This will get you money and EXP much faster than the quests that want you to kill bosses, because regular enemies respawn much faster. That said, kill the bosses whenever you can too, because they might drop useful accessories/weapons/raid keys!

Also, you can learn Conqueror’s Haki in the second sea. It is very powerful and is essential to the late game. I won’t go into detail for this one because it requires a lot of effort and luck, so look up a guide for it once you have a high enough level to try it (when you reach the G88 Island).

Armament Haki also has two upgraded versions that make it much stronger, and it’ll look cooler on your character because it starts wrapping around your body. Again, search for guides or check the wiki once you get a high enough level. There’s a lot of luck involved in getting this (Armament Haki V3 in particular took me like 6 hours total to get).

Get all of these Hakis set up before you even think about stepping foot in the third sea, even if your level is already high enough to enter it. Enemies there are very tanky and even regular ones might force you to pop Conqueror’s Haki to kill, and that has a cooldown of 80 seconds!

Oh, and if you get any keys, do not use them to enter raids just yet. Trust me, you probably aren’t ready to fight those solo if you’re reading this guide, and you’ll need a lot of attempts to benefit from the essence drops anyway.

I don’t have any more tips to give you that would make sense for a beginner. I mean, most of the tips in this last section might not make sense to you at all yet either, but they’ll be really helpful once you get to that point!

Besides, I’m still learning about the stuff in the third sea myself, and maybe we’ll run into each other in the game if you manage to catch up. Say hi if you see the names Frantik or TFG_2, those are two of the names I use in the game assuming nobody else is using the same handles!
